Immaculate Conception
The Feast of the Immaculate Conception marks the anniversary date of when St. Jeanne Jugan and her companions first took a vow of chastity and obedience and started a community that would care for thousands of elderly poor all over the world. This tradition continues today as Little Sisters all over the world renew their vows on this special feast day.
